The UMD MP2100 provides mounting and RS232 serial connectivity to the Intermec EA15 Area Imager Scan Engine. The MP2100 allows the Barcode Engine to be mounted horizontally and provides either a 6 way screw terminal block, dual 10 way header pins or an RJ socket for connection, with power provided either through the connected cable or on a separate screw terminal connection. The MP2100 is ideally suited for internal mounting and simple integration of 1D/2D barcode scan readers into equipment such as kiosks and instruments. Features
