UMD Support Desk (Creating Support Tickets)

    The UMD Support Desk is also the fastest and most reliable way of obtaining support from UMD as:

    • Support Tickets are automatically routed to relevant support personnel
    • You may define "urgency" level, resulting in an instant message to support staff via SMS.
    • You can track progress of Support Ticket resolution.
    • Support Tickets can be worked on collaboratively internally.

Support Policy and Fees

    First 15 minutes of Product Support is provided free of charge (per ticket request). This excludes Contract and Systems support.

    Thereafter, UMD standard support charge of $180 (ex-gst) per hour shall apply, charged in 15 minute increments (i.e. $45 ex gst per 15 minute block)
