    <p>UMD Support Desk is the primary vehicle to log any support request for UMD. The UMD Support Desk helps you keep track and manage Support tickets you generate.

    <p>Organisations that have Support Contracts with UMD, will have a Customer specific support portal setup.

     <p>First 15 minutes of Product Support is provided free of charge (per ticket request). This excludes Contract and Systems support.
     <p>Thereafter, UMD standard support charge of $160 (ex-gst) per hour shall apply, charged in 15 minute increments (i.e. $40 ex gst per 15 minute block)
     <p>For non-account customers, we recommend you purchase Pre-Paid Support Vouchers. Please contact <A href="mailto:sales@umd.com.au">sales@umd.com.au</a> to order.
