Service Request

To request a return to UMD please enter the details of the device and the fault into the UMD Service Desk and return the unit to UMD.

Alternatively please call 03 9582 7050 so we can issue you a Service Return Authorisation Number. This will ensure your returned item is appropriately tracked through the service process.

Customer Service Counter

Equipment can be drop of, and picked up, at any timing, during normal business hours, at our Customer Service Counter. Including the purchase of spare parts and consumables
