Extended Warranties
- Extended warranties can extended the warranty period upto three years. During this period UMD will cover the product under standard warranty conditions.
- POS printers eg Citizen, Epson etc 5%
- Bar code scanners eg PSC, Denso, Intermec 5%
- Unique Micro Design products 3%
- Intermec products 8-10%
Extended Warranties are charged at a small percentage of the initial cost. This must be done at the time of purchase. During the extended warranty period, cover is provided for fair wear and tear of parts. For more information contact our sales team.Click here

Extended Warranties with Exchange
- Extended Warranty with Exchange adds the option of replacing the faulty product with an exchange unit to minimise down time. Equipment is simply exchanged from UMD’s stock, reserved for this purpose. For more information contact our sales team.Click here
